Delivery And Returns

For all orders in the UK postage is free.  

Lampshades are £20 to the EU.

Cushions are £12 to the EU and £20  to the US.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your cushion/s you may return it to us within 28 days of purchase with a completed returns form, provided it's undamaged and in the original packaging.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Dimensions are approximate and although every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately, as some items are natural materials and are hand printed and handmade, shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Stock Availability and Delivery

We aim to have availability but in the event that a product is out of stock please allow 7 to 21 working days from receipt of order to delivery. 

Delivery will be longer outside the UK.

Please check items upon delivery. If not satisfied, there are 28 days to return a faulty item but it must be returned unopened and indamaged.  We are not responsible for damaged goods in transit. A full refund minus delivery charges will be given once returned.

If there is a need to cancel, 24 hours notice must be given for a full refund on all courses thankyou.
